Filling our Contact & Request Forms: In order to make a reservation and to ensure that we can communicate with you, you will be asked to fill in your personal information such as first name, last name, email, phone number, which we will not transmit them in anyone third.
When you make a reservation, you will be asked to complete online booking form providing: your first name, last name, business or private email, phone number, address, zip code, city, country and reservation preferences. These information are essential to book and complete your reservation (including the sending of a confirmation email of the booking to you). These details will be stored on a secure server and encrypted and may be used by us to facilitate and personalise future transactions and bookings with you.
The IP address through which the PC has access to the Internet and then to the website is used solely for gathering statistics.
