The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal!
Very nice area with lovely views of the harbour and great restaurants and amenities a few steps away. Excellent location, quiet but just a short walk from the centre of Argostoli with excellent restaurants opposite and nearby.
The hotel is a nice 10-15 minute stroll along the sea front to the centre. Ideally located very close to the ferry to Lixouri. Some very nice tavernas close by, including one the most popular of the island, Taverna Palia Plaka.
The place is really close to everything (walking distance supermarket, taverns, ferry, banks and the capital of Argostoli - providing everything.
It is also very close to the organised resort of Lassi (7 minutes by car), with the endless golden organised beach of Makrys & Platys Gialos.
The location is ideal for excursions to the many beaches of the island's southern coastline, such as the beaches of Spassmata (9km), Minies (10km), Ammes beach (10km), Avithos (12km), Ai Helis (13km), and many other sandy beaches in the area.
It is also worth visiting the castle of Agios Georgios or Saint George (10km), where the view is enchanting and the patron saint of Agios Gerasimos (16km), following a path that passes through olive groves and vineyards.
It is the ideal base and starting point for discovering the many beauties of the island.
We are waiting for you!
ARGOSTOLI
Argostoli is situated at the southern part of the island and its the capital of Cephalonia since 1797. It is built amphitheatrically at the heart of the deep golf of Koutavos and it has a well organised port. It is the biggest town of the island with rich trade activity, a town that looks to the sea.
The architecture is influenced by all the Ionian elements where the red roofs and wide terraces predominate. Its town planning is modern with large streets and many roads for pedestrians.
You can visit the Archeological Museum, the Folk Museum, enjoy walking or shopping at the pedestrian road of Lithostroto or by the waterfront. Plenty of cafés and restaurants can be found around the central square of the town, operating from morning till late.
